SERVICE AGREEMENT
Terms of Service
Effective August 18, 2026
By creating an account or using Quote Sprocket, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a business, you represent that you can bind that business.
The service
Quote Sprocket provides web-based tools for collecting quote requests, managing opportunities, creating estimates, communicating with customers, and connecting other services. Features may change as the product develops.
Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. Organization owners and administrators are responsible for users they invite and the permissions they grant.
Communications
You authorize us to send transactional messages needed to operate your account. Marketing email and text messages require a separate optional choice and can be withdrawn. If you use Quote Sprocket to contact customers, you are responsible for obtaining legally required consent, honoring opt-outs, and complying with applicable communications and privacy laws.
Plans, limits, and billing
Free and paid plans may have limits on users, forms, requests, storage, or integrations. Paid subscriptions will renew at the stated interval until canceled. Pricing, taxes, refund terms, and plan changes will be presented before purchase. We may limit or suspend usage that exceeds plan limits or threatens service reliability.
Your content
You keep ownership of information and content you submit. You grant Quote Sprocket the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for content you collect or upload, including customer photos and contact information.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service unlawfully; send spam or deceptive communications; infringe others’ rights; upload malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; or reverse engineer it except where law permits.
Integrations and AI features
Third-party integrations are governed by their own terms and policies. AI-generated recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for quotes, prices, customer communications, and business decisions.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business results, or that every error will be corrected.
Liability and termination
To the extent permitted by law, Quote Sprocket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Either party may stop using the service; we may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risk, nonpayment, or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service. Questions can be sent to legal@quotesprocket.com.
